Tab Overview - Profile
The Profile tab on the Member Profile screen provides quick access to the Member’s complete Profile. This tab displays all Member Attribute values for the selected Member.
The Attributes are organized into different Member Attribute Categories to make it easier to find a particular Attribute. These Categories are defined for your Loyalty account on the Member Attribute Categories screen.
The default Member Attribute Categories include:

Contact Info: Basic contact information for the Member, such as email address or phone number.

Address: The Member's mailing address.

Basic Information: Basic demographic and membership information, such as name, Member ID, and birthday.

Membership Summary: Information about this individual's enrollment in your loyalty program, such as current primary Metric balance, enrollment date, and active status.

Tiers: The Member's current Tier.

Preferences: Values for the Member Preferences defined in your loyalty program.

AI Profile: Attributes used for Machine Learning features, such as AI-Powered Offers.

Calculated Attributes: Values for the Calculated Attributes defined in your loyalty program.

Other Details: Values for other Member Attributes defined in your loyalty program.

Experiences: Values for the Experiences defined in your loyalty program.

Comments: Other comments entered for this Member.
